人工加速老化对老式胶卷结构与性能的影响

摘要 以老式胶卷为例,采用热氧老化、光老化、酸碱水解老化人工加速的方法对其进行老化处理,表征了老化前后各样品的热性能、表面形态和力学性能﹒研究结果表明:人工加速老化方法可以强化老化因素,有效确定各因素对老式胶卷老化程度的影响;光、热、氧气、酸或碱水解等均对老式胶卷的老化有影响,光照作用及碱水解对其结构与性能的影响较大;老化时间的增加会使老式胶卷结构与性能的损伤增大﹒ The films such as old films were treated with an artificial accelerated aging operation,including light aging,thermal oxygen aging and hydrolyze aging.Their changes of surface morphology,mechanical properties and the chemical structure were characterized before and after aging.Results showed that the method of artificially aging operation could intensify the aging factors of old films,and they could be used to identify influences of the factors on the aging of old films.These factors,like light,heat,oxygen,acids and alkali hydrolysis and so on are of great influence on old films aging.The optical radiation and alkali hydrolysis had a primary impact on the structure and properties of old films.Damages in structure and properties of old film would become more severe as the aging time increases.
