On the Historical Development of the Socialist Core Values

社会主义核心价值观是国家、集体和个人利益的高度统一,它最大限度地凝聚了社会共识,对中国特色社会主义实践发展具有重要的指导性意义。根据社会存在决定社会意识的基本原理,把社会主义核心价值观划分为萌芽、探索、形成、发展、成熟和完善6个阶段。对社会主义核心价值观历史发展阶段的考察是其内涵阐释的必然要求,它生动的再现了中国共产党以人民利益为核心的价值诉求,有利于广大人民群众积极认同和践行社会主义核心价值观,真正做到内化于心,外化于行。

Socialist core values are the high unity of the state,collective and the individual interests,which gains social consensus and has a direct significance for the practice development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.According to the basic principle that social existence determines social consciousness,the social core values are divided into six stage:germination,exploration,formation,development Maturity and perfection.On the socialist core values of the historical stage of development is the inevitable requirement of its connotation,which vividly reappears the value demand of party has always been the people's interests as the core,is conducive to masses to actively identify and practice the socialist core values,truly internalized in the heart,outside of the action.
