法科大学生就业发展及对策——以浙江省10所高校应届毕业生为调查对象

The Countermeasure and Development of Major Law College Students' Employment——Take Graduates of 10 Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang as the Investigation Object

大学毕业生作为国家高层次的知识和技术人才,其就业必然受到社会的广泛关注。针对当今大学毕业生在就业时所存在的诸如能力不足、信心不足、素质不高等问题,除了学校教育外,还应加强家庭教育,同时促进大学生积极开展实习实践活动,甚至从法律层面完善相关制度,以缓解大学毕业生就业难问题。

As a national high level of knowledge and technical talents,the employment of college graduates is bound to be widely concerned by the society.In this paper,10 colleges and universities in Zhejiang province by major law students as samples,through the analysis of the employment status of the group,puts forward that the university graduates are in employment such as lack of capacity,lack of confidence,quality is not high.On this basis,the corresponding measures were put forward.In addition to school education,family education should also be strengthened,and at the same time,college students should actively carry out practice activities,and even improve relevant systems from the legal level,so as to alleviate the employment difficulties of college graduates.
