Labor Unions' Participation in the Modernization of National Governance System

国家治理体系是国家治理能力的组织载体,没有国家治理体系的现代化就谈不上国家治理能力的现代化。工会是我国重要的群团组织,在党政主导、多元构成的社会治理体系中具有重要地位。工会参与社会治理对于完善国家治理体系、推进国家治理能力现代化具有重要意义。工会要着力从四个方面参与社会治理:组织动员职工,促进经济发展;有序利益表达,维持政治稳定;维护职工权益,构建和谐劳动关系;参与公共治理,推动政府善治。

National governance system acts as the carrier of national governance capacity.Modernization of national governance capacity cannot be achieved without modernization of national governance system.Labor union is an important group organization in our country,which plays an important role in the social governance system of multiple compositions dominated by the Party and government.Labor unions’participation in social governance is of great significance to the improvement of the national governance system and the modernization of the national governance capacity.At present,labor union should focus on the following four aspects:organize and mobilize workers to promote economic development;express the interests orderly and maintain political stability;safeguard the rights and interests of workers and establish harmonious labor relations;participate in public governance and promote the good governance of government.
