摘要
目的:了解患者家属社会学特征和对纠纷的认知情况,同时对患者家属关于医疗意外保险的态度进行初步了解。了解医务人员对在患者家属纠纷原因方面的认知和预防纠纷的对策,对医务人员关于医疗责任保险的态度进行初步了解。方法:以6所医院新生儿患者家属及医务人员为研究对象,随机发放自制调查问卷进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:患方选择"医务人员技术水平不高"的比例最高,达到64.25%;其次是"医务人员对病情和医疗措施的告知不充分",有63.35%;位居第3位的是"医务人员态度不好",有36.65%。医方48.81%的人选择"医务人员的态度不好";40.77%的人选择"告知不充分",36.90%的人选择"看病费用贵"。结论:患方投诉医方的最多原因是医务人员技术水平不高,超过半数患者愿意购买医疗意外保险。医务人员认为发生纠纷的原因居前3位的是医务人员的态度不好、告知不充分、看病费用贵。
Objectives:To learn the sociological characteristics of patients’families,their cognition of disputes and their attitude to medical accident insurance.To learn about medical staff’s understanding of dispute causes and preventions,and their attitude to medical accident insurance.Methods:The newborn families and medical staffs of six hospitals are randomly assigned to have a questionnaires and analyze the results of the survey.Results:In view of patients,the top 3 causes of newborn medical dispute is low skill(64.25%),inadequate informed consent(63.35%)and the bad attitude of medical staff(36.65%).In view of medical staff,the top 3 causes of newborn medical dispute is bad attitude of medical staff(48.81%),inadequate informed consent(40.77%)and the expensive medical cost(36.90%).Conclusions:The most common cause of patient complain is the low skill of medical staff.There are over 50%patient is willing to buy medical accidence insurance.Bad attitude,inadequate informed consent and expensive medical cost are the top 3 causes result in medical dispute from the view of medical staff.
