摘要
结合国内新医改形势的要求,指出公立医院绩效管理存在的问题与挑战。提出公立医院绩效管理和薪酬分配改革的思路与举措,阐述了医院构建质量与效率相结合,以工作量效能积分为导向的绩效管理模式,健全以服务质量、数量和患者满意度为核心的内部分配机制,效果显著,呈现政府、医院、患者三赢的局面。
According to the requirement of healthcare reform,problems and challenges of performance management in public hospital has been analyzed.Countermeasures of performance assessment and bonus allocation in public hospital has been implemented.Performance assessment mode focused on quality and efficiency,effectiveness score oriented and highlighted on medical quality,amount and patient satisfaction were implemented to get a government,hospital and patient win-win situation.
