摘要
介绍了台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)以卓越运营模型授权、培养持续改进、组织共识、运营结果为改善框架,进行精益医疗战略部署的实践。通过精益管理系统授权员工,让员工参与日常工作改善活动,并培养员工持续改进能力;通过战略展开流程,形成共识机制;培育持续改进文化,助力精益医疗成功转型;提高医院运营绩效,为患者和员工创造价值。
This paper introduced the process of lean medical strategy deployment in Enze Medical Center based on the excellence operation model,which including empowerment,enable,align and results.Through empowering staff with the lean management system,letting employees participate in the daily improvement activities,training staff continuous improvement ability,developing the formation of a consensus mechanism,finally established a continuous improvement culture,boosted the successful transition of lean medical,improved the operating performance and created values for patients and staff.
