廉洁风险防控管理是新时期医院加强反腐倡廉建设的重要内容。分析了公立医院反腐败斗争的总体形势,以及发达国家和地区廉洁风险防控建设的相关经验,介绍了中国医学科学院阜外医院构建廉洁风险防控制度体系和"三位一体"监督体系的具体实践。

Building the risk prevention and control of corruption system has become the main content of anti-corruption in hospital recently.This study analyzed the experience of corruption prevention and control in developed countries and regions,the overall situation of anti-corruption struggle in health department,and put forward the experience of strengthening the construction,designing of supervisory system and the strengthening of supplier management.
