河南省女子拳击运动发展现状研究

Research on Female Boxing Development in Henan Province

为了解河南省女子拳击运动发展的状况,为河南省女子拳击运动今后健康发展提供理论支撑。采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析、问卷调查等方法对河南省30名女子拳击运动员进行调查,并对调查的数据进行分析。研究发现:河南省女子拳击队教练员大都是本科学历、年龄在30-36岁的人数较多、多数教练员最高运动等级是国家健将水平,运动员对学习文化知识不太重视、运动的目的大都是为了夺取奖牌、并且年龄结构不太合理等现象明显。

In order to understand the status of Henan female boxing to offer theoretical support for further development,this paper uses literature,expert interview,logic analysis and questionnaire survey methods to investigate 30 female boxers in Henan and makes related analysis.Results show that most coaches are undergraduates aged 30-36,holding the rank of national master;athletes do not pay enough attention on academics;most athletes are chasing for medals,and their age structure is not rational.
