散打动作技能自动化的心理训练 被引量:1

摘要 散打是非奥运项目,因此散打心理训练较少的被人关注,专门针对散打动作技能自动化的心理训练犹如凤毛麟角。本文通过逻辑分析法,根据散打项目的特点和优秀散打运动员的神经类型,结合运动心理训练中常用的一些训练方法,参考散打动作技能自动化的的专项训练,大胆的提出使相关心理训练手段相互配合使用的设想,旨在为散打心理训练体系做一些基础性的研究,给基层的训练队提供理论指导。 As a non Olympic sport,Sanda psychological training draws less attention,not to say the psychological training for Sanda movement skills.By using logic analysis method,according to the sport features and elite player's nervous type,combining the commonly used psychological training methods,considering soporific training for Sanda movement skill automation,this paper carries out the design of combining psychological training in Sanda training.The aim is to explore some basic resraech for Sanda psychological training system and offer theoretical guides for fundamental teams.
