现代学徒制背景下高等职业院校武术人才培养模式研究

Research on Wushu Personnel Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

本文主要通过文献法、专家访谈法、调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对现代学徒制、现在高等职业院校武术人才培养模式进行分析研究;旨在通过对现代学徒制分析与研究,对武术人才的培养模式提出切实可行建议,可以使高职院校培养出来的学生,毕业就能走上工作岗位能胜任工作,提高武术教育人才在相关行业的口碑;为提高武术教育人才培养质量提供理论参考。

Through the research methods of literature,expert interviews,survey,and logical analysis,this paper studies on modern apprenticeship and modern vocational education Wushu talents cultivation mode.The aim is to offer practical suggestions for Wushu talents cultivation mode by analyzing modern apprenticeship,to make students from vocational colleges capable for work as soon as they left school,and thus enhance the reputation of Wushu educators in related industries,and offer theoretical references for the improvement of Wushu education talents'cultivation.
