影响初中学生掷实心球成绩因素的分析——以偏关县第三中学为例

Analysis on the Influencing Factors for Medicine Ball Throwing of Junior School Students——Take No. 3 Middle School in Pianguan County as An Example

从投掷实心球成绩的高低上能够看出学生的力量以及腿部的爆发力,在投掷实心球训练过程中,我们需要保持正确的姿势进行投掷,这样有助于我们投掷的效果,一般投掷实心球需要靠下肢力量多一些,拥有高强度的爆发力,在掌握了实心球的基本技术后,才能够保证实心球所投掷的成绩达到最好效果。本文通过实地调查,对偏关县第三中学实心球测试以及练习受各种因素的影响做出研究,并且对该学校两个班的学生进行了实地调查,了解学生对学校体育实心球的开展所存在的看法,找出其中存在的不足,提出相应的建议,为偏关县第三中学实心球的成绩达标提供实用性参考。

Students'strength and lower body power could be viewed from medicine ball throwing distance.Correct body positions should be formed in training,which is good for the performance.Usually,the throwing relies more on lower body strength.So skills must be mastered with great power output to guarantee best performance.By field survey,this paper studies on the influential factors of medicine ball test and practice in Pianguan County No.3,Middle School.At the same time,field survey is made for 2 classes in the school to understand their thought on this sport,find out problems,and offer related suggestions.The aim is to offer practical references for students at Pianguan County No.3,Middle School to pass medicine ball test.
