新常态下对中医药研究生教育改革与发展的思考——以广州中医药大学的实践探索为例

Thinking on the Reform and Development of Chinese Medicine Postgraduate Education under the New Normal

随着我国经济社会发展进入新常态,研究生教育改革发展也进入一个新的历史阶段。从九个方面探讨了新常态下中医药研究生教育与发展:即高度重视中医药研究生教育的战略地位;部署本地区本单位的中医药研究生教育改革发展;积极转变管理方式;建立中医药研究生教育多渠道投入体系;用好学位授权点动态调整的自主权;优化中医药研究生招生选拔;改革中医药研究生培养模式;建立健全本单位的质量保证与监督体系;大力发展非全日制研究生教育。

With China's economic and social development into the new normal,the reform and development of graduate education has entered a new historical stage.The education and development of traditional Chinese medicine under the new normal is discussed from nine aspects,i.e.attaching great importance to TCM postgraduate educational strategic position;deployment of the unit in the region of traditional Chinese medicine graduate education reform and development;a positive change in mode of management;establishment of graduate education of traditional Chinese medicine multi-channel input system;use of degree authorization dynamically adjusting the autonomy;Optimization Research of traditional Chinese medicine students enrollment;reform of traditional Chinese medicine graduate cultivating model;establish and improve the quality assurance and supervision system;vigorously develop the non full time postgraduate education.
