The legalism is an important school that advocated the core thought of the legal system in ancient China.During the Spring and Autumn period and Warring States period,the Legalists put forward making the country richer and army stranger,as well as rule of law.As an extremely important thought of governing the country,the legalist thought had a profound influence on the Chinese politics.Taking Jiannanchun,Ali,Huawei as the typical cases,this paper discusses the wide application of legalism in enterprise management,to enhance the acquisition efficiency and quality for enterprises,and set up the ideological foundation for management benefit maximization.
