摘要
目的:通过使用冠脉后处理软件测量左主干(LM)长度和前降支-回旋支(LAD-LCX)分叉角度,并进行分型,为进一步研究其对冠脉斑块形成的影响提供解剖学依据。方法:收集冠脉CT血管造影(CTA)受检者的图像309例,精确测量左主干长度和前降支-回旋支分叉角度,并据此进行分析。结果:309例受检者左主干长度分布区间为0~26.3 mm,以80%作为普通人的分布区间,分为无主干型(指长度为0mm)、过短型(0~4.6mm)、普通型(4.6~15.9mm含等值者)、过长型(>15.9mm)。所有受检者LAD-LCX分叉角度分布区间为15~145°,以80%作为普通人的分布区间,分为小角度型(<45°)、普通型(45~99°,含等值者)、大角度型(>99°)。结论:应用西门子64排CT可以精确测量冠脉LM长度和LAD-LCX分叉角度,并可进行分型。
Objective:To use the coronary reprocessing software to measure the length of the left main and the descending branch-circumference branch fork angle,and type,and which were used to provide anatomical basis to further study the impact on the formation of coronary plaque.Methods:309 cases of CTA subjects were collected.The length of left main branch and the descending branch-circumference branch were measured accurately,and then classified.Results:The distribution interval between 309 subjects of the left main length of was 0-26.3 mm.Took 80%as the distribution of ordinary people,all the cases were divided into no trunk type(refers to the length of 0mm),too short type(0~4.6 mm),ordinary type(4.6~15.9 mm with the equivalent),too long type(>15.9 mm).In all the cases,the distribution range of LAD-LCX bifurcation was 15~145°.Took 80%as the distribution of ordinary people,they were divided into small angle type(<45°),common type(45~99°,with equivalent),and Large angle type(>99°).Conclusion:The Siemens 64 row CT can accurately measure the LM length and LAD-LCX bifurcation angle,and carry on the classification analysis.
