摘要
以一年生桂花苗木为材料,通过盆栽模拟干旱环境,设置了田间最大持水量的15%(W4)、30%(W3)、45%(W2)、60%(W1)、75%(CK)5个梯度,研究不同干旱胁迫程度对桂花幼苗生长、生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫下桂花超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、相对电导率、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖质量分数显著上升,W4处理下分别比对照上升了21.3%、8.0%、91.3%、108.2%、117.9%和56.5%,苗高、地径、根生物量、总生物量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素质量分数显著下降,分别比对照下降12.0%、25.7%、34.4%、36.0%、31.4%、30.6%和30.8%。对13个抗旱指标进行主成分分析,主成分1和主成分2贡献了96.07%。
Effects of drought stress on the growth indexes,physiological and biochemical characters of 1-year potted Osmanthus fragrans seedlings were investigated.The seedlings were treated with different soil water regime at five treatments,namely 15%(W4),30%(W3),45%(W2),60%(W1),75%(CK).The results showed that under the W4 treatment,the relative water content,the activity of SOD and POD,membrane permeability,MDA content,soluble protein,soluble sugar increased significantly,increased 21.3%,8.0%,91.3%,108.2%,117.9%and 56.5%respectively compared with the control samples,while seedling height,ground diameter,root biomass,biomass,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll declined significantly,declined 12.0%,25.7%,34.4%,36.0%,31.4%,30.6%and 30.8%receptively compared with the control samples.Through the principal component analysis of thirteen indicators of drought resistance,it was found that the contributing ratio of principal component 1 and 2 accounts for 96.07%.
