摘要
研究了不同热处理温度和时间对铸造46Cu-25Ni-19Fe-10Al-La合金阳极微观组织和高温氧化及电解性能的影响,确定了该合金合理的热处理工艺为900℃-保温24h-淬火处理。并对铸态和热处理后的合金在850℃,1atm氧气氛中进行了48h高温氧化试验,在850℃冰晶石熔盐中进行了20A-24h电解试验,发现合金经热处理后高温抗氧化性能增强,合金电解形成的膜层更致密均匀,可以有效的保护合金基体,提高合金抗腐蚀性能。合金经热处理后20A电解原铝杂质含量低于0.8ωB%。
The influence of different heat treatment temperatures and time on the anode micro-structure,high temperature oxidation and electrolysis performance of the 46Cu-25Ni-19Fe-10Al-La alloy during casting process has been studied in the text.The reasonable heat treatment process for this alloy has been identified.The alloy has been heat-treated at 900℃for 24h followed by quenching treatment.The high temperature oxidation property and 20A-24h electrolysis performance of the as-cast and after heat treatment alloy have been separately tested at 850℃under 1atm oxygen atmosphere for 48 hours and in the cryolite molten salt.It is found that the high temperature oxidation resistance and the corrosion resistance of the alloy have been improved after heat treatment due to the formation of the uniform and density film,which can effectively protect the alloy matrix.The impurity content of the 20A electrolytic aluminium of the alloy after heat treatment is lower than 0.8 wt%.
