摘要
以轮毂为研究对象,采用ProCAST数值模拟软件进行不同热交换系数条件下的轮毂低压铸造仿真,分析不同热交换系数值对轮毂充型过程、凝固过程、铸造缺陷形成的影响,最终得出热交换系数的选取可作为改善铸件质量的控制因素。
Taking the wheel hub as the research object,the low-pressure casting simulation has been conducted to the wheel hub under different heat exchange coefficients by use of ProCAST numerical simulation software.The influence of different heat exchange coefficients on the hub filling process,solidification process and casting defects has been analyzed.Finally,it is obtained that the selection of heat exchange coefficient can be a control factor for improving the quality of castings
