摘要
介绍了海洋石油开发过程中单点式水下生产系统的典型组成,指出了水下管汇安全可靠对生产系统正常运行的重要影响,分析了水下管汇受力的多样性、复杂性以及初步设计完成后进行整体应力分析的必要性。利用AutoPIPE软件,以某项目单点式油气开发系统中水下管汇为例,介绍了从设计参数、工况设置、分析建模到模拟结果及分析的管道整体应力分析全过程,对水下管汇在复杂应力作用下的安全性进行了研究和优化。应用AutoPIPE软件获得的管汇分析结果更加全面、准确,能确保设计安全。
The typical composition of single pint subsea production system in offshore petroleum developing process is introduced,and the major influence of safety and reliability of subsea manifold on normal running of the production system is pointed out,the stress diversity and complexity and the necessity of overall stress analysis after preliminary design are analyzed.The whole stress analysis process with the AutoPIPE software from design basis,work conditions,establishing mode to data study are introduced as an reference example for subsea manifold safety analysis and optimization.It is proved that more comprehensive,more accurate results can be obtained for pipeline analysis with the help of AutoPIPE software.
