摘要
以体积流量1.3~4.0m^3/h、扬程90~150m工况下,无水氟化氢、四氯化碳、氯乙烯、丁二烯和苯乙烯的输送工况为例,介绍了小流量、高扬程工况下易燃、易爆、有毒、有害介质输送用磁力驱动泵的选型设计,并比较了单级单吸磁力泵、多级单吸磁力泵、单级单吸磁力旋涡泵、多级单吸磁力旋涡泵的4种选型设计方案。比较结果表明,多级单吸磁力旋涡泵的陡降直线特性曲线能较好地适应工艺需求流量和扬程比较恒定的输送工况,多级单吸磁力泵的平缓特性曲线更适应工艺需求流量和扬程可调整的输送工况。
Magnetic drive pump selection for work condition of small flow and high head under the flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful medium is introduced based on design examples with a flowrate range of 1.3?4.〇m3/h,a pump head range of 9〇?15〇m,and processing fluids named anhydrous hydrogen fluoride,carbon tetrachloride,vinyl chloride,butadiene and styrene.Proposals of single-stage single-suction magnetic pump,multi-stage single-suction magnetic pump,single-stage single-suction magnetic vortex pump,and multi-stage single-suction magnetic vortex pump are designed and compared with each other.The comparison results show that,the steep-drop linear characteristic curve of the multi-stage single-suction magnetic vortex pump can better adapt to the flow of process and the operating condition of the lift,and the gentle characteristic curve of multi-stage single suction magnetic pump is more suitable for the flow of process and the adjustment of the head.
