摘要
针对列管式热交换器中换热管局部腐蚀减薄、孔洞、裂纹等缺陷修复,以氨汽提塔钛材换热管的局部更换修复为例,提出详细的维修方案。采用机械方式去除换热管与壳体的连接部分,抽出旧管进行局部换热管段的更换,采用氩弧焊双面焊接(管内焊接和管外焊接)的技术焊接钛管,利用内外焊接相结合的焊接工艺,成功修复了缺陷管段。此方案能够快速、高效、经济地解决列管式热交换器的换热管缺陷问题,可有效延长设备使用寿命、降低设备更换成本,为今后列管式热交换器换热管维修积累了丰富经验。
A detail repair procedure is proposed for defects such as thickness reduce,openings,cracks caused of heat exchanger tube partial corrosion based on the ammonia stripper heat exchanger tubes repair practice as references.Steps composed of removing the junction part of heat exchanger tube and the shell with mechanical tools,drawing out the wore heat exchanger tube and replacing them with new ones,both sides applied with argon arc weld technique in the tube inner and outside surface,combining the inner weld and outside weld into an integrated process are carried out in turn and the repair was successful.The procedure is proved a rapid,high efficient and economical resolution for defects tube repair of tubular heat exchanger,and can prolong the equipment using life and reduce the equipment cost,and provide rich experiences for future technology promotion.
