摘要
针对中国石油新疆独山子石化分公司乙烯厂尾气压缩机碳环密封故障率高、更换成本高、无法满足4a检修一次的实际情况,对压缩机密封系统进行了国产化改造。介绍了螺杆式压缩机碳环密封结构,分析了进口碳环密封的静、动密封失效原因。针对气膜压力不稳、补偿弹簧弹性疲劳、工艺介质泄漏和结焦引起的动密封失效,提出了国产化技术改造方案。经模拟试验和实际应用双重验证,改造后的国产化密封性能满足装置生产需要。国产化改造后的密封比原装国外进口的密封具有更高的经济性,单套可节省300余万元,可为类似设备的改造提供借鉴。
Aiming at the practical situation of high failure frequency,high change cost and failure to meet the requirement of once repair and maintenance every four years for carbon ring seal of tail gas compressor of ethylene plant of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company of CNPC,the localization modification of screw compressor carbon ring seal was carried out.The structure of original foreign screw compressor carbon seal was introduced,and failure reasons for its static seal and dynamic seal were both analysized.The domestic reformation was carried out according to main dynamic seal failure caused by gas film pressure instability,elastic fatigue of compensate spring and process media leakage and coke is proposed.The reformed carbon seal is proved by both simulation experiment and industrial application to be satisfying in technique.Moreover,the reformed carbon seal is more economical,and can help enterprises save more than 3 million RMB with every one set seal.The localization modification is successful,and can be a reference for similar project.
