摘要
介绍了中国石油长庆油田分公司第一采气厂第二净化厂螺杆式空压机配套变压吸附式空气干燥器的失效情况,分析了干燥器中干燥剂填料失效的原因。结合压缩空气生产工艺流程,针对干燥剂填料再生受双塔切换联动限制的实际情况,提出了干燥剂填料再生流程改造思路,详述了改造要点。改造后的再生流程实现了干燥器填料的强制再生,提高了空压机的运行稳定性,有效降低了干燥器填料消耗。对改造后的强制再生流程在后续生产实践中进行了二次优化,使再生气的消耗量明显降低。
The failure of pressure swing adsorption type air dryer of screw air compressor of No.2 gas purification plant of No.1 gas production plant of Changqing Oilfield Company of PetroChina is introduced.The reasons of desiccant packing failure are analyzed.The regeneration flow modification of desiccant packing are proposed with consideration of practical limits of desiccant packing regeneration process from the double towers switch program.The key points of the modification are detailed.After the reconstruction process,the forced regeneration of the dryer filler is realized,which improves the operation stability of the air compressor,and effectively reduces the filling consumption of the dryer.The regenerated forced regeneration process has been optimized in the subsequent production practice,which has reduced the consumption of regeneration gas.
