掺杂无机纳米粒子PVA复合改性香精微胶囊壁性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Neroli Oil Microcapsules Modified by PVA Filled with Doped Inorganic TiO_2 Nanoparticles

摘要 采用原位聚合法,以掺杂了金属Fe^(3+)、Zr4+、Ce4+的二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米粒子及TiO2纳米粒子填充聚乙烯醇(PVA)改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)为微胶囊复合壁材,橙花精油为芯材,制备了掺杂TiO_2纳米粒子填充PVA改性囊壁的相变微胶囊。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热失重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究了掺杂TiO2纳米粒子对微胶囊力学性能、热性能及表面形态的影响。结果表明,当囊壁中均匀地加入掺杂纳米TiO2后,芯材释放速率减小;当壁材中Fe3+掺杂纳米TiO2含量为0.5%(质量分数,下同)时,微胶囊的破损率为18.1%,芯材的10d释放速率为4.5%。 To improve mechanical properties of microcapsules and reduce the release rate of core materials,neroli oil microcapsules were prepared by fabricating a melamine formaldehyde resin shell modified by poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)filled with Fe3+-,Zr4+-and Ce4+-doped Ti02 nanoparticles through in-situ polymerization.The effect of doped Ti02 nanoparticles on morphology and mechanical and thermal properties of the resulting microcapsules were investigated by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results indicated that the release rate of the core material was reduced with the addition of doped Ti02 nanoparticles into the wall material.When 0.5 wt%of Fe3+-doped Ti02 nanoparticles was incorporated into the wall,the microcapsules achieved a cracking rate of 18.1%and a release rate of 4.5%.
