miR-30在胃癌患者中的临床表达及意义

摘要 目的探究胃癌患者中miR-30的表达及临床意义。方法收集80例胃癌患者胃癌组织及癌旁组织、采集胃癌患者及同期来医院体检健康者40例的外周血,采用实时RT-PCR法检测miR-30表达水平,并分析其表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。Pearson分析检测胃癌组织与血液中miR-30表达水平的关系。结果 miR-30在胃癌组织表达水平明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。miR-30的表达水平与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度无关(P>0.05),与临床分期、淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。胃癌患者血液中miR-30水平也明显低于健康者(P<0.05),与其在胃癌组织中水平呈正相关(r=0.832,P<0.01)。结论 miR-30与患者临床分期、淋巴转移有关,是治疗胃癌的潜在靶点。 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of miR30 in patients with gastric cancer.Methods The gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of eighty patients with gastric cancer were collected,at the same time,the peripheral blood specimens of patients with gastric cancer and 40 healthy subjects who received physical examination were collected.The expressions levels of miR30 were detected by Real-time RT-PCR,and the correlation between the expression levels of miR30 and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer was analyzed by means of Pearson analysis.Results The expression levels of miR30 in gastric cancer tissues(16.82±2.41)were significantly lower than those in adjacent tissues(4.57±1.24)(P<0.01).The expression levels of miR30 were not correlated with patient’s gender,age,tumor size and differentiation degree(P>0.05),however,which were related with clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The expression levels of miR30 in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer were also significantly lower than those of healthy subjects(P<0.05),moreover,which were positively correlated with those in gastric cancer tissue(r=0.832,P<0.01).Conclusion MiR30 is associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,which is a potential target for the treatment of gastric cancer.
