从中国制造2025谈汽车制造技能人才培养

Discussing Cultivating Automobile Skilled Talents Based on China's “Made in China 2025” Strategy

人才为本是"中国制造2025"强国战略基本方针的主要内容,对我国的职业教育提出了新的要求。剖析了目前我国中高职汽车类专业教育的种种不足,提出了实施校企合作技能人才培养"四共建"模式,企业提前介入与学校共同育人,学生进入企业后持续受到学校与企业的共同培养,推动并满足未来技能型人才发展的需求。东南(福建)汽车工业有限公司试行了"四共建"校企合作技能型人才培养模式,以适合企业发展,获得了企业自己需要的人才,有力支撑了企业的正常运行和发展。

China’s“Made in China 2025”strategy is based on talents,which accordingly poses new challenges to all vocational education in China.In this paper,all shortcomings of current middle-high automobile vocational education was analyzed firstly,then a four cooperative mode was proposed for implementing university-industry joint training of skilled talents.In this mode,enterprises are asked to take part in the procedure of training talents in advance compared traditional merely employing then let students achieve the joint cultivation both universities and enterprises,so that makes all students meet the future requirements better.Southeast(Fujian)Motor Corpora原tion Ltd.has tried the mode to adapt to development.It was proved that hey achieved the talents what they expect原ed by this mode,and was effective to their operation and development.
