摘要
搅拌叶片是混凝土搅拌机的核心部件,与搅拌阻力直接相关。搅拌叶片过大,则搅拌阻力增加,能耗随之增加,反之亦然。一直以来,搅拌叶片形状的设计大都根据经验或参考国外产品参数选取,因而,设计的产品性能差别很大,也没有成熟的设计方法。以西安德通振动搅拌技术有限公司设计的DT1500ZBW搅拌机为载体,按照国家标准通过加载实验来探究两种不同形状的叶片设计方案在加载过程中搅拌阻力变化情况及其超载能力,为样机搅拌叶片大小设计合理与否提供有利的实验依据。实验结果表明:随着充盈率的增加,阻力先增加的相对缓慢;随着充盈率从半载增加至满载时,阻力增加相对剧烈。在超载情况下,相对于对中型搅拌叶片,梯形搅拌叶片产生的阻力更小,更适于工业机超载情况下的运行。
The mixing blade is the core part of the concrete mixer,which is directly related to the agitation resis原tance.When the mixing blade is too large,the mixing resistance increases,and the energy consumption increases,and vice versa.For all the time,the design of the blade shape is mostly based on experience or reference to foreign product parameters,so the dt 1500 zbw mixer designed by Ender vibration mixing technology co.,ltd,according to national standards,through loading experiments to explore the change of mixing resistance and the overload capaci原ty of two different shapes in the loading process,it provides a favorable experimental basis for the design of stirrer blade size.The experimental results show that with the increase of filling rate,the resistance first increases relative原ly slowly.As the filling ratio increases from half a year to a full load,the resistance increases relatively.In the case of overload,the resistance of the trapezoid stirring blade is smaller
