比例溢流阀性能测试系统的研究与开发

Research and Development of Performance Test System for Proportional Relief valve

设计了能够对比例溢流阀进行性能测试的测试系统,包括液压回路的设计及元件的选型计算,设计并开发了能够控制比例溢流阀的电气控制及PLC程序。对系统进行了安装、调试及实验。实验结果表明,自主开发的比例溢流阀测试系统操作简便,工作可靠,能够达到良好的测试效果,对比例溢流阀的性能测试具有重要的工程实用价值。

This paper designs and develops a test system which can test the performance of proportional relief valve.Including hydraulic circuit design and component selection calculation,design and development of the con原trol of proportional relief valve electrical control and PLC program.The system is installed,debugged and tested.The experimental results show that the independent development of the proportional relief valve test system is sim原ple and reliable,can achieve good results,the performance test of the proportional overflow valve has important practical engineering value.
