摘要
通过对激励源、传递路径、响应点的振动测试,以及ADAMS动力总成刚体模态计算,发现压缩机工作基频和动力总成刚体模态耦合是某车型怠速开空调共振原因。通过优化压缩机速比及其运行基频,解决此车型开空调共振问题,并用测试结果验证其有效性。
