摘要
隔板总成作为铝合金系列危化品运输车罐体内某一重要的部件,其制作质量的优劣关系整车的安全性,而隔板总成的制作工艺难点是既要保证隔板的焊接效率也要控制好隔板总成的制作外周长尺寸误差、平面度与设计图纸尺寸相符合,这样才能更好的满足罐体的装配要求。焊接变形在铝合金危化品运输车隔板总成制作中极易发生,如不采取合理措施,不仅容易造成产品制作质量事故,导致结构件存在严重的安全隐患,而且也增加了制作成本投入,所以如何减少和控制隔板总成的焊接变形具有相当的重要性。通过对铝合金危险品运输车隔板总成焊接变形原因分析,主要从焊接工艺措施方面详细介绍了如何有效控制隔板总成焊接变形,对危化品运输车生产企业隔板总成生产制作质量控制起到很好的指导作用。
