摘要 为了提高传统啤酒灌装生产线的灌装质量以及系统的稳定性、安全性,设计了啤酒灌装自动化生产线控制系统。该系统采用PLC作为主控制器,通过Profibus DP与变频器进行通讯,对生产线运行速度进行协调控制;用wincc组态软件,设计了画面监控界面,对生产线进行实时监控。详细阐述了系统总体方案、硬件配置、软件流程、监控界面。实际应用效果表明,本系统安全可靠,操作方便。 In order to improve the filling quality of traditional beer filling production line and the stability and safety of the system,the control system of beer filling automatic production line was designed.The system adopts PLC as the main controller,communicates with the frequency converter through Profibus DP,and coordinates the operation speed of the production line.Using wincc configuration software,the screen monitoring interface was de原signed and the production line was monitored in real time.The general scheme,hardware configuration,software flow and monitoring interface of the system are described in detail.The practical application results show that the system is safe and reliable and easy to operate
