摘要
企业信息化过程是一个长期持续的过程,在实施ERP系统上线后,面临ERP系统的持续优化。为了快速地响应业务的需求,需利用信息技术提升企业的管理水平和业务能力。本文介绍了敏捷开发的方法在企业ERP系统优化工作中的应用,在一些信息化优化项目中敏捷开发的方法取得了良好的效果。
Enterprise information process is a long-term continuous process,after the implementation of ERP sys原tem went live,we face the work of continuous optimization of ERP system;In order to quickly respond to business needs,through information technology to enhance the management level and business capabilities,this paper intro原duces a method of agile development in the application of enterprise ERP system optimization,we have achieved the good result in some information technology optimization project.
