摘要
三踏板是驾驶员在驾驶过程中操作最频繁的部件之一,它的位置直接决定驾驶舒适性和安全性。好的位置能使驾驶时腿部操纵处于最佳的姿态和施力状态,有效地降低驾驶疲劳。三踏板的布置合理与否,不仅对整车驾驶舒适性、安全性等有着重要的影响,也是产品品质体现的基本因素之一。主要介绍了在乘用车设计过程中三踏板的布置方法,分析影响三踏板的相关因素和一些设计经验要求,以及三踏板基于Ramsis的人机舒适性验证方法。
The three pedals is one of the most frequently operated parts during driving.There position directly de原termines driving comfort and safety.The good position can make the legs in the most comfortable posture and force state,and reduce the driving fatigue effectively.Whether the layout of three pedals is reasonable or not is not only important for driving comfort and safety,but also one of the basic factors of product quality.This paper mainly in原troduces the layout method of the three pedals in the design process of passenger cars,analyzes the related factors that affect the three pedals and some design experience requirements,as well as the verification method of the three pedal ergonomics on Ramsis.
