摘要 从实际遇到的NVH和换档力问题出发,对传动系统进行了理论分析。提出了两个实际的方案:采用双质量飞轮替代单质量飞轮;通过取消减振装置,优化离合器从动盘。通过实际装车验证及测试,发现双质量飞轮对于改善加速噪音有明显效果,其加速噪音最大降幅达8.3 dB.与此同时,优化后的离合器,也使得换档性能得到提升,换挡力降低5%以上。 This paper was started by realistic NVH and shift issues;A theory analysis of driveline was demon原strated at beginning.Then two solutions were listed:replacing single mass flywheel with Dual Mass Flywheel(DMF)and optimizing clutch plate by removing its damper device.Via vehicle trial and measurements,it is veri原fied that the DMF will improve acceleration resonance by 8.3dB.At the meantime,optimized clutch plate also leads to a better shift performance by at least 5%shift force decreasing.
