Failure Analysis and Improvement Scheme for Y Seal Ring of Hot Die Forging Press

在热模锻压力机维修过程中,因大型Y型密封圈的失效而引起生产线停机较为频繁。通过对大型Y型密封圈在热模锻压力机的离合器、制动器和平衡缸三大部件中常见失效形式进行分析,找出原因,提出了一些改进的方案,并在热模锻压力机实际运行,验证得出了维修方案的可行性。

During the maintenance process for hot die forging pressing machines,production line halting frequent原ly happens due to the malfunction of big Y-shaped sealing rings.This article puts emphasis on the analysis about common failure patterns of big Y-shaped sealing rings in three main components,namely,clutches,brakes and balancing cylinders of hot die forging pressing machines,finds the reasons,puts forward some improvement schemes,and further validated the feasibility of maintenance schemes through the practical operation of hot die forging pressing machines.
