摘要
当前中国汽车零部件企业不仅要以自主核心技术为基石,科学且适用的研发管理方法作为重要工具,对企业持续保持竞争优势有着具大的作用。通过对W公司研发管理现状及存在问题进行分析,提出按顾客车型进行模块化与集成统筹管理相结合的研发管理方法,为顾客提供更大的价值目标。
At present,China’s auto parts enterprises should not only take independent core technology as the cor原nerstone,but also the scientific and applicable R&D management method as an important tool,which has a great role for enterprises to continue to maintain the competitive advantage.Through the analysis of the current sit原uation and problems of R&D management of W company,this paper puts forward the research and development management method combining modular and integrated management according to the customer model to provide customers with greater value goals.
