臭氧对心血管系统影响的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目前我国大气污染问题严峻,近地面的空气污染物臭氧(O3)浓度不断升高,对人的潜在不利影响也越来越凸显。臭氧不仅对呼吸系统、神经系统和免疫系统的组织脏器有影响,对心血管系统也有较大的损伤。一系列的流行病学研究、志愿者实验和动物实验发现,臭氧对心血管系统造成危害的机制主要通过系统炎症、氧化应激、心肌细胞损伤、影响调节血管结构和转录机制、影响脂代谢、自主神经调节失衡等。本文对国内外有关臭氧对心血管系统的影响的文献报道做一简要综述。 Current air pollution in China is heavy.The ozone(O3)concentration of the air near the ground is rising.The potential adverse impacts of O3 on humans are becoming increasingly prominent.Ozone not only affects the respiratory system,nervous system and immune system,but also takes a heavy toll on the cardiovascular system.A series of epidemiological studies,volunteer experiments and animal experiments have found that cardiovascular effects of O3 mainly work through systemic inflammation,oxidative stress,myocardial cell injury,regulation of vascular structure and transcription mechanism,lipid metabolism affection,and imbalance of autonomic nervous regulation.This article gives a brief overview of the literature on the effects of ozone on the cardiovascular system at home and abroad.
