摘要
分析了我国全地形车企业的外部环境,以A公司为例,分析了企业面临的行业环境和竞争环境,在此基础上建立了SWOT矩阵。应用表明,SWOT是企业战略管理的科学方法,但需要根据内外部因素的变化动态调整发展战略。
The external environment faced by all-terrain vehicle enterprises in China is analyzed.Taking Company A as an example,the industrial environment and competitive environment faced by such enterprises are analyzed,based on which a SWOT matrix is established.The actual application shows that SWOT is a scientific method for enterprise strategy management,but development strategies need to be dynamically adjusted based on internal and external factors
