2012-2017年水生蔬菜价格波动分析

Analysis on Price Fluctuation of Aquatic Vegetables from 2012 to 2017

为了揭示我国水生蔬菜价格波动规律,依据农产品价格信息网对我国水生蔬菜批发价格的实时监控数据,选取莲藕、茭白及芋头3种水生蔬菜,从年度价格、月度价格、不同区域3个维度对其价格走势进行分析。结果表明,3种主要水生蔬菜价格波动具有明显的季节性,不同年份间价格走势趋于一致;主产区水生蔬菜价格相对较低,较全国而言,具有一定的价格优势。

In order to reveal the law of aquatic vegetables price fluctuation in our country,3 aquatic vegetables including lotus root,water bamboo and taro,were selected according to the real-time monitoring data of their wholesale prices from Agricultural Products Price Information Network,and their annual price,monthly price and prices of different areas were used to analyze their price trend.The results showed that the price fluctuation of the 3 aquatic vegetables were obviously seasonal during the year,while the prices were tended to be the same during different year.The prices of aquatic vegetables in the main producing areas were relatively low,which had a price advantage when compare to the whole country.
