B303亚型的血型分子机制及临床输血分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨B303亚型在临床输血中的相关问题。方法对1例ABO血型正反定型不符患者的血型通过血清学鉴定、PCR-SSP、ABO基因直接测序、TA克隆单体型分析等方法分析其分子机制,同时对该患者的输血情况进行分析。结果 ABO基因在第3内含子发生IVS3+5G>A杂合突变,此突变影响剪接供体,使其发生异常剪切,影响D-半乳糖转移酶(GTB)正常表达。结论 ABO基因IVS3+5G>A杂合突变是导致B3亚型的分子遗传基础之一。
