幼儿园建筑被动式节能改造策略研究——以重庆市树人幼儿园为例

Study on Passive Energy-Saving Strateges of Kindergarten Building——A Case Study in Shuren Kindergarten of Chongqing

以重庆市树人幼儿园被动式节能改造为例,采用现场测试、软件模拟的方法,分析幼儿园建筑的现存问题并提出针对性的改造策略,运用能耗模拟软件DesignBuilder对幼儿园建筑改造前后的建筑全年能耗进行模拟和对比分析。旨在为幼儿园建筑被动式节能设计提供新的视点与思路。

This paper takes the passive energy-saving reform of the Shuren Kindergarten of Chongqing as an example,analyzed the existing problems of the kindergarten building by field test and simulation,and several strategies of reformation have been put forward.The contrast of annual energy consumption of the building was analyzed using the simulation program,DesignBuilder.The paper is aimed to provide some new viewpoints of passive energy-saving design.
