随着经济的快速发展,人口越来越向城市集中,有限的城市土地已经满足不了人们的住房需求,超高层建筑的出现有效解决了城市人口住房问题。由于钢结构自重轻、强度大、抗震性能好等优点,超高层建筑普遍采用钢结构的结构形式。本文主要介绍了超高层钢结构建筑的发展和施工影响因素,同时阐述了超高层建筑钢结构施工的关键技术和措施,希望给施工人员提供理论参考。

With the rapid development of economy,people more and more to urban concentration,the limited urban land already can't satisfy people's demand for housing,the emergence of the high-rise building effectively solve the housing problems of the urban population.Due to its advantages such as light weight,high strength and good seismic performance,steel structure is widely used in super-tall buildings.This paper introduces the development and construction of tall building steel structure influencing factors,and expounds the key technology of high-rise building steel structure construction and measures,hope to the construction personnel to provide a theoretical reference.
