慢性病患者照护者益处发现的研究进展

Research Progress on the Benefit Findings of Caregivers of Patients with Chronic Diseas

随着慢性病发病率逐年增高,其已成为全球关注的重大公共卫生问题。慢性病病因复杂、病程较长、再入院率高,导致慢性病患者体力下降、行动不便,因此慢性病患者照护者的作用日益凸显。本研究对国内外关于慢性病照护者益处发现的研究进展进行综述,结果表明慢性病患者照护者益处发现的影响因素主要为社会人口学因素、认知与应对方式、社会支持;评估工具主要为益处发现量表(BFS)、照护者积极感受量表(PAC)、创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI);干预措施主要为多学科干预、运动干预、团体支持干预、书写性表达干预。慢性病患者照护者益处发现的临床研究方兴未艾,未来需要更多更高质量的研究予以探讨。

As its morbidity has increased year by year,the chronic disease has become a major global public health problem.Chronic diseases are characterized by complex etiology,long duration and high readmission rate,resulting in a decline in physical strength and inconveniences to patients.Therefore,caregivers of patients with chronic diseases are gaining increasingly prominence.This article summarized the research progress on the benefit findings of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases both in China and abroad.Results showed the major factors that influenced the benefit findings of caregivers included demographic characteristics,cognitive and coping styles and social support.Moreover,Benefit finding scale(BFS),Positive Aspects of Caregiver(PAC)and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)were main assessment tools.Furthermore,the effective interventions were summed up as multidisciplinary intervention,exercise intervention,group support intervention,and written expression intervention.Clinical research on the benefit findings of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases is in the ascendant and more research is needed in the future.
