齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的:探究齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2016年1月—2017年1月我院收治的100例精神分裂症患者为研究的对象,随机分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患者采取的是利培酮治疗,起始剂量为每次1mg,2次/d,根据患者的病情调整剂量,最大可增加到每次3mg,2次/d;观察组患者采取的是齐拉西酮进行治疗,初始剂量为每次20mg,2次/d,根据患者的病情调整剂量,最大可增加到每次80mg,2次/d,两组患者治疗时间均为8周。结果:观察组患者的PANSS评分明显低于对照组患者的评分,在临床总有效率、GQOLI-74调查问卷各项评分和不良反应发生率方面均优于对照组患者的情况,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症和利培酮相比具有较好的临床效果,值得推广和使用。

Objective:Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia was examined.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,daily initial administration dose of 1 mg,1 to 2 times,and gradually increase to the daily dose of 2~4 mg,then gradually increase to the dose of 4 to 6 mg daily at the second week,the daily dose can not exceed 10 mg;observation group of patients taking ziprasidone for treatment,the initial dose of 20 mg each time,twice a day,according to the patient's condition development dose changes,need to increase the amount of patients to observe the condition and tolerance can be increased to 80 mg twice a day.The two groups of patients were treated for 8 weeks.Results:The PANSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The scores of the total effective rate,GQOLI-74 questionnaire and the incidence of adverse reactions were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia has a good clinical effect,thus it is worthy of promotion and use.
