元芪祛瘀方治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变疗效研究

Influence on the proliferative diabetic retinopathy by Yuanqiquyu

目的:探讨中药元芪祛瘀方对于非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者临床症状、视力及血液黏度的影响。方法:选择我院NPDR患者68例,按照是否给予中药元芪祛瘀方分为两组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组患者给予常规治疗外加予中药元芪祛瘀方治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗后中医证候积分[(7.11±1.66)分比(8.59±1.92)分]和视网膜循环时间[(3.22±0.52)s比(3.80±0.67)s]均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后视力水平[(1.04±0.24)比(0.97±0.21)]和视力提高行数[(0.44±0.12)行比(0.39±0.10)行]对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组[(79.41%)比(64.71%)],但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者治疗后全血黏度高切[(4.47±0.91)mPa·s比(4.96±1.01)mPa·s]、全血黏度低切[(18.94±3.38)mPa·s比(21.07±4.02)mPa·s]和血浆黏度[(1.48±0.32)mPa·s比(1.70±0.35)mPa·s]均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药元芪祛瘀方能够有效改善患者临床症状和视力水平,降低血液黏度,改善预后效果。

Objective:To explore the influence on the proliferative diabetic retinopathy by Yuanqiquyu.Methods:68 cases of patients of NPDR were divided into two groups,the control group were treated by conventional treatment,the experiment group were treated by Yuanqiquyu.The clinical effects were compared.Results:The scores of TCM syndrome[(7.11±1.66)vs(8.59±1.92)]and retinal cycle time[(3.22±0.52)s vs(3.80±0.67)s]for the experiment group were lower than the control(P<0.05).It had no significant difference on the levels of eyesight[(1.04±0.24)vs(0.97±0.21)]and improved eyesight[(0.44±0.12)vs(0.39±0.10)](P>0.05).There had no significant difference on the total effective rate for the two groups[(79.41%)vs(64.71%)](P>0.05).The high blood viscosity[(4.47±0.91)mPa·s vs(4.96±1.01)mPa·s],low blood viscosity[(18.94±3.38)mPa·s vs(21.07±4.02)mPa·s]and plasma viscosity[(1.48±0.32)mPa·s vs(1.70±0.35)mPa·s]for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can improve the clinical symptoms and visual acuity on the proliferative diabetic retinopathy by Yuanqiquyu,reduce the blood viscosity,improve the prognosis effect.
