桃红四物汤加味治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床研究

Clinical observation on treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture with Taohong Siwu decoction

目的:观察桃红四物汤加味对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效,以期为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取我院收治的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者80例,对照组患者40例予以单纯西医治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药汤剂桃红四物汤。结果:治疗2个月后,治疗组患者的VAS评分(1.45±1.26)分低于对照组(2.80±1.31)分(P<0.05),治疗组患者的ODI评分(13.12±1.26)分低于对照组患者(17.32±1.35)分(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的伤椎前缘高度变化(92.45±6.26)%高于对照组(83.55±5.63)%(P<0.05);治疗组患者的伤椎Cobb角测量值(10.32±1.28)0低于对照组(12.65±1.25)0(P<0.05),治疗组患者的椎管侵占率(20.55±3.21)%低于对照组(24.39±3.92)%(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的骨密度改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者的临床有效率90%高于对照组70%(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤加味能有效缓解骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的疼痛,能有效促进伤椎的愈合,改善患者的临床症状及体征。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture,so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:80 cases of patients with fracture of osteoporotic thoracolumbar in our hospital were compressed,40 patients in control group were given western medicine treatment,the treatment group of 40 cases,based on the control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Taohong Siwu decoction.Results:After treatment in two mouths,the treatment group of patients with VAS score(1.45±1.26)was lower than that of control group(2.80±1.31)(P<0.05).The treatment group of patients with ODI score(13.12±1.26)was lower than the control group patients(17.32±1.35)(P<0.05).Anterior vertebral height changes of patients in the treatment group(92.45±6.26)%was higher than that of the control group(83.55±5.63)%(P<0.05),the treatment group patients with vertebral cobb angle measurement(10.32±1.28)0 was lower than that of the control group(12.65±1.25)0(P<0.05).The treatment group of patients with spinal canal encroachment rate(20.55±3.21)was higher than that of the control group(24.39±3.92)(P<0.05),the bone density of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score in treatment group were lower than control group(P<0.05),the clinical efficiency of the treated group 90%was higher than the control group 70%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu decoction can effectively relieve the pain of fractures in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression,can effectively promote the healing of injured vertebra,improving clinical symptoms and signs of patients,the clinical treatment should be applied in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.
