通痹胶囊治疗寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical study of Tongbi capsule in the treatment of cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨通痹胶囊治疗寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨关节炎患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予关节腔内注入玻璃酸钠治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加以通痹胶囊治疗。对比两组临床有效率、治疗前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组76.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组Lysholm膝关节功能评分显著升高,观察组提高的程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α明显降低,观察组上述指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:通痹胶囊可以有效降低寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨关节炎炎症反应,提高患者膝关节功能,对于寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨关节炎患者具有非常显著的临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Tongbi capsule in the treatment of cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Selected 100 cases of cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases,the control group was given sodium hyaluronate injected into the articular cavity;the observation group in the control group of Tongbi capsule treatment.Observe two groups of clinical efficiency,Lysholm knee function score before and after treatment,serum C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-1(IL-1),IL-6,tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha)level and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:the total efficiency of the observation group was 92%,higher than that of the control group 76%(P<0.05);The Lysholm score of knee joint function of two groups after treatment increased significantly,improve the degree of the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum CRP,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-alpha decreased significantly in the two groups,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:the Tongbi capsule can effectively reduce the cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis inflammatory response,improve the knee joint function of patients,with clinical curative effect for cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis patients.
