针刺辅助活血通络药治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效研究

Study of Acupuncture-assisted Huoxuetongluo decoction in treating diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions

目的:探讨针刺辅助活血通络药物治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床效果。方法:将糖尿病下肢血管病变患者106例作为研究对象,按照患者入院先后顺序分为研究组和对照组,每组53例,研究组患者给予控制血糖、改善微循环和营养神经药物配合合理饮食和运动等基础疗法和护理,并使用中医针刺辅助活血通络药物进行治疗,对照组患者给予常规治疗护理+活血通络药物进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者FBG、P2FBG、HbAlc、IL-6、ET-1、PAgT和ABI水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后除ABI水平明显上升之外其余各项指标均明显降低,其中研究组患者改善水平明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者临床总有效率为94.34%(51/53),对照组为81.13%(43/53),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺辅助活血通络药治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变患者临床效果显著,可使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture-assisted Huoxuetongluo drug in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions.Methods:106 cases of diabetic patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission of patients.Fifty-three patients in each group were given Control blood glucose,improve microcirculation and nutritional nerve drugs with a reasonable diet and exercise and other basic therapy and care,and the use of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture assisted Huoxuetongluo drugs for treatment,the control group of patients given conventional treatment care+Huoxuetongluo drugs for treatment,observation Clinical efficacy of both groups of patients.Results:There were no significant differences in FBG,P2 FBG,HbAlc,IL-6,ET-1,PAgT and ABI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ABG were significantly increased(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.34%(51/53)in the study group and 81.13%in the control group(43.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group/53),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture assisted Huoxuetongluo decoction can be used in the treatment of diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease.
