摘要
建筑物会由于地基土性质不均、荷载分布不均等原因发生倾斜,从而影响其安全使用。采取何种方法纠偏与建筑物结构、荷载及其用途密切相关。根据上海崇明岛1号水闸工程的性质及使用要求,研究设计了双梁顶升法并应用于该水闸纠偏,使该水闸的倾斜得到纠正,恢复了水闸的安全使用功能。该纠偏方法安全、经济、可靠,可为类似工程建筑物的纠偏提供借鉴。
Buildings can be inclined due to uneven nature of foundation soil,uneven load distribution and other reasons,thereby affecting its safe use.The deviation rectifying method is closely related to the structure,load and purpose of the building.A double beam jack-up method is designed and applied to sluice deviation rectifying through study according to the property and use requirements of Shanghai Chongming Island No.1 Sluice Project.The tilt of the sluice is corrected,and safe use function of the sluice is restored.The deviation rectifying method is safe,economical and reliable,which can be used for reference in deviation rectifying of similar engineering buildings.
