摘要
为提高旋转冲击型液压动力头的冲击力,将DOE与ANSYS Workbench软件相结合,采用正交试验,以冲程活塞对齿轮轴的冲击力为实验指标,研究了活塞行程、齿轮轴尾端直径、冲程活塞直径对冲击力的影响规律。通过极差与方差分析,获得了各实验因子对冲击力影响的显著性与最优水平,确定了最佳设计参数。
In order to improve the impact force of rotary impact type hydraulic power head,the influences of different factors such as piston stroke,gear shaft end diameter,stroke piston diameter were studied by a combination of DOE with ANSYS Workbench software under the Orthogonal test,and the impact force variation was set as test index.The significance influence of various factors on the impact force and the optimal level were determined by range and variance analysis,and the optimal design parameters were confirmed.
